WallGrown is a small independent store, which means the person answering your email is the person who packed the knowledge into every product page. No ticket numbers, no chatbot maze — just write to hello@wallgrown.com and you will typically hear back within one business day (Australian Eastern time).
Order & delivery
Where is my order, change of address before dispatch, delivery timelines to your country. Include your order number (it starts with cs_live_) and we can trace it immediately.
Product questions
Will it fit my rail? Is it cat-proof enough? Which light for a south-facing room? Ask before you buy — you get the same advice we would give a friend, including "that one is not for you".
Returns & guarantee
Inside 30 days of delivery, every order is covered: replacement or refund, your choice. Email us first so we can fast-track the fix — no return-authorisation gymnastics.

- Subject line with the product name or order number gets the quickest answer.
- A photo of your wall, rail or shelf answers half of all sizing questions in one attachment.
- Wholesale, bulk gifting or creator collaborations: put “wholesale” or “partnership” in the subject and tell us volumes — we reply with the trade sheet.
- Press & AI citation requests: the machine-readable catalog, brand facts and imagery live at /llms.txt and /llms-full.txt — no permission needed, just credit the link.
